Henry Cavill Workout Secrets Exposed

The Henry Cavill Workout is starting to generate a ton of buzz lately and with The Immortals coming out the 11th, it will continue to generate buzz. Henry was able to get his washboard abs because he got his body fat down to 6%!

The problem with Henry Cavill and his personal trainer are that they aren’t releasing the exact Henry Cavill Workout.

After spending hours researching information about workouts, finding out that Henry’s trainer was Mark Twight, and that the producers of The Immortals are the same guys who produced the movie 300. I’ve pretty much figured out what Henry Cavill did to get in shape.

I’m actually really impressed with how much Henry was able to manipulate his body into getting that lean look and want to do this exact workout now.

The “Henry Cavill Workout” is the 300 Workout.

No one has directly stated that Henry’s workout is the exact workout that trainer Mark Twight had the guys from 300 do, but it’s obvious that Henry was doing circuit training.

How do I know this you ask?

Compare the two movies and the shape of the warriors in the pictures below:

As you see in the pictures above, the movie The Immortals and the movie 300 have a lot in common. The body type of the main characters are very similar and the body types of the other characters are all very similar. This is because they both did circuit training workouts to get in this kind of shape!

I’ve gotta warn you though, this is probably the most hardest workout that you will ever put your body through.

Just take a look at the shape that the guys in both of these movies is in. This means that it definitely works, it’s just extremely hard and isn’t for the faint of heart. If you give up easily, you should look elsewhere for a workout that you can do.

With that being said, and you’re still here reading that means you think you can handle it. I’m going to give you a sample workout that you can do.

SAMPLE WORKOUT:

1) Chin Ups – 25 reps
2)Prisoner Squats – 50 reps
3) Push Ups – 50 Reps
4) Jump Squats – 50 Reps
5) V Ups – 50 Reps
6) Self Rows – 50 Reps
7) Chin Ups – 25 Reps

This workout is very difficult and will push you to the point of exhaustion, but that’s the point of it. If you aren’t pushing yourself, you aren’t going to see results that you want. Work hard and achieve your goals.

If you don’t want to put in as much time as the celebrities and want to see similar results, there is another workout plan that you can do.

Instead of having to hire a full-time trainer to keep you motivated for the Henry Cavill Workout, it’s a much better idea to go with a proven muscle building/fat loss program that guys who have busy schedules can follow. Let’s be honest here, we all don’t have the Hollywood lifestyle and our jobs often get in the way of spending 2-4 hours in the day each day. There are hundreds of different programs that you can follow to make you look like a bodybuilder, but you’re probably looking for that lean, muscular body look that turns girls on.

The program that I recommend for that lean, muscular look is Visual Impact Muscle Building. Henry Cavill’s Workout Philosophy

If you’ve been paying any attention to the TV lately, you’ve got a glimpse of what Henry Cavill looks like in Immortals. The Immortals will be released 11/11/2011 and Henry Cavill will be playing the main character, Theseus. Check out the trailer in the video below if you haven’t seen it yet:

If you think that the movie looks similar to the style of the movie, 300, it’s because it’s produced by the same directors. That means that the guys in the movie are going to have the same ripped look like the guys from 300. This brings me into talking about the workout that Henry Cavill used to get ripped for Immortals.

I’ve spent a lot of time researching what Henry Cavill did specifically for his roles in various movies and he isn’t too specific about saying exactly what he does.

Henry Cavill hasn’t said exactly what he did to get the shredded look he has in Immortals, but stated that he was training 2 hours prior to filming for Immortals. I tried to find out exactly what he was doing, but I couldn’t find the exact workout. He was working with the 300 producers, and it seems that he was required to have a similar body type to the spartans in 300.

So I’m going to talk a little bit about what workout the guys in 300 used, assuming that it was a similar workout that Henry Cavill used for Immortals. This type of training is called circuit training, and in its simplest terms it is the grouping of challenging movements that work the entire body in a circuit. When doing this type of workout, as soon as you complete your first exercise, you move onto the next one, and then the next until the circuit is complete. Depending on how challenging you want your workout to be, you can repeat your circuit.

From my personal experience, circuit training has been very effective and time saving for me.

If you are looking for something along the line of a challenging fat-loss based circuit, you would create a circuit that touches on each part of the body and then use these to circuit train.

Here’s some exercises you could put in your circuit:
-Front Squat
-Back Squat
-Deadlift
-Sprint
-Lunges
-Burpees
-Bench Press
-Cable Chest Press
-Push ups
-Shoulder Press
- Dip
-Row
-Inverse Row
-Pull Ups

From this list, you would need to make sure that you understood the proper form of each of these exercises prior to starting your circuit and then choosing one exercise for each major muscle group.

To start off with, you could do something with sprints, pull ups and pushups. Set a time or rep count and complete the workout like you see below:
-30 second sprint
-30 seconds of pull ups
-30 seconds of push ups

and then repeat this circuit anywhere from 5 to 8 times. Do more if you are looking for an extremely difficult workout.

This is just a very simple example and there are obviously other challenging combinations that you could create for circuits. The most important thing that Henry Cavill did for his workouts was commit to them and used proper form with every exercise. If you commit to this circuit training and follow a strict diet, you will get the results just like Henry Cavill did for Immortals.

Will the Henry Cavill Immortals workout work for me?

A common question that many people as is will this workout work for me?
The answer to this is always the same. There is nothing special that causes celebrities to be able to get their body to look so good. It’s simply a matter of following a very strict diet (and staying true to the diet) as well as following a strict workout regime. The difference between you and a celebrity is that celebrities view their physique as part of their job, especially in movies.
Celebrities embrace health and fitness because they understand that being in Hollywood means that they have to be in shape for all of their movies. They also understand that by looking this way, they will feel better and this will positively impact the rest of their lives.
